Rent our Spaces
Round House has several unique spaces in Montgomery County that are available to rent for a variety of events ranging from performances and parties to meetings and workshops.

Bethesda Spaces
Round House Theatre, located at 4545 East-West Highway in Bethesda, features a 344-seat Theatre space with a thrust, proscenium stage, and balcony. The intimate Lounge next to the Fourth Wall Bar & Café is perfect for pre- or post-show group gatherings and can accommodate 15-20 individuals. Our stylish Lobby allows for large receptions of up to 200 individuals. As a flexible space, our Event Room can service mid-range events and dinners for up to 65 individuals depending on the room configuration.

THEATRE FACILITY MAINTENANCE FEE
Due to Round House Theatre performance schedules, as well as load-ins and tech rehearsals, the Theatre’s availability is very limited. Rentals during Round House Theatre “Off Nights” may take place on the set of the show running at that time. The best availability for the Theatre is during the months of July and August.
The fees below are effective from July 2025 to June 2026 and are subject to change.
Please Note: Nonprofits and individuals will receive an additional discount to be determined at the discretion of the Rentals Manager. For inquiries, please contact Zoe Harr at rental@roundhousetheatre.org.
*Additional fees may be added if the event requires more than what is provided by Round House Theatre. This may include, but is not limited to, additional staffing, equipment, or hours spent in the space than what is noted in the initial agreement.

The fees below are effective from July 2025 to June 2026 and are subject to change.
These rates include one Venue Host, one Technician, Round House Theatre furniture set-up, and unlimited use of the Lobby/ Lounge for the duration of the rental.

BRING YOUR GROUP TO A SHOW
The fees below are at a special discounted rate for pre- and post-show gatherings in the Event Room. For additional information on discounted group ticket sales, please visit the Group Sales webpage.
This rate includes one Venue Host, RHT furniture set-up, and unlimited use of the Event Room for the duration of the rental.

Catering & Bar Services
Round House Theatre’s Fourth Wall Bar & Café offers a full-service bar with locally sourced options including beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and coffee (sponsored by Mayorga). Though Rental events are more than welcome to provide their own caterers, Round House Theatre’s preferred caterers are Provisions and Founding Farmers. *Round House Theatre maintains an alcohol license through Montgomery County. All alcoholic beverages served on site must be purchased and served by RHT. No outside alcohol can be served in the building.
Silver Spring Education Center
Round House Theatre's Education Center, located at 925 Wayne Avenue in Silver Spring, has five classrooms, including a Rehearsal Space with a spring floor and a mirrored wall. Classrooms are suitable for meetings of up to 30 individuals, with tables and chairs available at no additional cost.
For classes and reservations that are repeated on a regular, consistent schedule, Round House Theatre can offer an additional 15% off the total Facilities Maintenance Fee.
