A UNIQUE PROGRAM FOR EXPERIENCED STUDENTS

Our performance companies bring together young artists with prior experience and a passion for theatre.

The Teen Performance Company is a pre-professional program for high school students interested in all areas of theatre. It culminates in a fully realized production of a world premiere on the Round House Theatre stage in Bethesda that is directed, designed, stage managed, and acted by students.
The Young Artist Performance Company, offered for students in grades 4-9, focuses on teaching students the process of rehearsing and designing a published play and culminates in a performance for family and friends in the Education Center.
The Roundlings is a pre-professional program for students interested in developing their skills in Improvistion and stand-up. The Roundlings will perform a Winter show on the Round House Theatre stage in Bethesda.

Safety/Covid policies: Round House Theatre Education will continue to follow best practices based upon the guidance of the Montgomery County Department of Health, MD Department of Health, and the CDC. ALL STUDENTS 5 AND ABOVE WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE UP TO DATE COVID VACCINATIONS IN ORDER TO ATTEND.
