What do I do when I get there? Visit the tables for the companies that interest you and check out the jobs they have listed at the table.  Ask questions, get to know folks from some 20 different theaters and ask to be considered for the jobs you like. Some theatres may conduct brief interviews at the fair, most will take your information and follow up later.  
How do I prepare? Bring yourself and your confidence to the fair. There’s no special dress code.
Do I need a resume? You do not need a resume, but you are welcome to bring them.  Paper resumes are fine, or you can add your free digital resume to Theatre Washington’s Theatre Work Database: https://theatrewashington.org/claimmyprofile. All the participating theatres will check the database for applicants.
Do I need to register? No need to register. We recommend that you sign up on Theatre Washington’s Theatre Work Database ahead of time.
 
Can I bring a friend? Yes!
 
Is the fair virtual? It is not. If you can’t attend, we recommend that you sign up on Theatre Washington’s Theatre Work Database and reach out to the participating theatres individually.
