Subscriber Services & Ticket Exchanges

Round House Theatre subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for another performance of the same production. This is an exclusive benefit for subscribers.
You may exchange your subscription ticket(s) for another performance date by calling the box office 240.644.1100 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
There is no charge for ticket exchanges unless you exchange into a more expensive series than the one you purchased and/or the exchange is made after your scheduled performance date. If you exchange into a more expensive series, series upgrade charges may apply. That means that you will be paying the same price as the rest of the subscribers for that performance.
If you exchange after your scheduled performance has passed, there is also a $5 late exchange fee per ticket. Subscriber exchanges are subject to ticket availability. There are no exchanges or refunds on “Friends & Family” tickets and other non-subscription tickets, including those purchased by subscribers.
HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS
Phone
To exchange subscription tickets by phone, please contact the box office at least 48 hours in advance at 240.644.1100. Please have available the date and time of your original tickets and your seat location. The box office will hold your new tickets at will call. You will be asked to present your original tickets at the time of pick-up.
To exchange by e-mail, please send e-mail to exchange@roundhousetheatre.org. Note “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. In the body of your e-mail, you must give the following information: your name, telephone number, the original date and time of the tickets and the new date and time of the performance you wish to attend. Also note any special needs for seating. No e-mail exchange request is considered received until the Box Office sends you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that this e-mail account is only checked Monday-Friday.
Fax
To exchange by fax, please write the word “VOID” on your present tickets and fax to 240.644.1101. Please fax to the attention of SUBSCRIBER EXCHANGES and note the day, date and time of the performance that you wish to attend. Please include your name and telephone number. A box office associate will call you to verify that we have received your faxed exchange request. Exchanges by fax must be received at least 48 hours prior to showtime to be processed. Faxed exchange requests must be received by Friday morning at 9am for that weekend’s performances (Friday-Sunday).
In person
To exchange in person, please visit the box office during regular business hours. Exact change for series upgrade and late exchange ticket charges is appreciated.
