Discount Tickets

Round House offers a variety of ticket discounts for groups, patrons age 30 and under, and seniors. The theatre also strives to makes its performances open to all by offering two pay-what-you-can performances of each production.

Group Discounts

Round House offers a discount of up to $10 off per-ticket to groups of ten patrons or more at our Bethesda performances. Not available on $25 tickets or any discount tickets. Tickets must be reserved and purchased in advance. Call the group sales office at 240.644.1099, ext. 1062 or email groupsales@roundhousetheatre.org.

A discounted price for groups of ten or more is available to performances in our Silver Spring Series

NEW: $10 Tuesday

For the 2010/11 season, Round House launches the “$10 Tuesday” program. Side Orchestra and Side Balcony seats at these performances are available for just $10 to patrons of all ages– call 240.644.1100 or order online. Discounts may not be combined. Not valid on previously purchased tickets. Here are the “$10 Tuesday” dates:

Ripley: September 21, 2010
Ameriville: November 2, 2010
Wrinkle: December 14, 2010 (7 p.m. curtain)
Billy: February 15, 2011
Bountiful: March 29, 2011
Amadeus: May 31, 2011

$10 & $15 tickets for patrons age 30 & under

Round House offers specially priced $10 and $15 tickets to patrons age 30 and under at all other Bethesda performances. The price on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday is $10, at Saturday and Sunday performances these tickets are $15. Proof of age is required when the tickets are claimed at the box office. These age 30 and under tickets are available by calling 240.644.1100 or in person at our box office – they are not available online. Discounts may not be combined. Not valid on previously purchased tickets.

Discounted $10 tickets for patrons age 30 and under are available for performances in Round House’s Silver Spring Series – call 240.644.1100.

Senior Discounts

Round House offers discounts on non-subscription tickets to patrons 65 and older. The price at Bethesda performances is $40 per ticket (including service charge) for center orchestra or center balcony seating. You must mention this discount at the time of ordering. Proof of age required when tickets are claimed at the box office. These tickets are only available in person at our box office or by calling 240.644.1100. Discounts may not be combined. Limit of 4 tickets per order. (Please note: full price tickets ranging from $25 to $35 are available in the side orchestra and side balcony sections in Bethesda. The senior discount does not apply to these seats.)

For shows in our Silver Spring Series, patrons age 65 and older may purchase reduced price $10 tickets. These tickets are available in person at our box office or by calling 240.644.1100.

Pay-What-You-Can Performances

Round House offers two Pay-What-You-Can performances for each Bethesda production. The patron decides the admission price. PWYC tickets go on sale in person at the box office one hour prior to curtain. Cash and exact change only. PWYC tickets are subject to availability. Limit of 2 tickets per order.
