Convenient public parking is available at all three Round House Theatre facilities.

Attended Garage Parking
Paid parking is available at a cost of $4 for Round House Theatre patrons in the attended lot underneath the theatre and Chevy Chase Bank. Customers will pay the $4 on their way out of the garage following the performance. Entrance to the parking garage is on Waverly Street, the drive adjacent to the theatre. Follow the signs to the parking garage. The eastern-most elevator in the garage (on level P-1; clearly marked as for Round House) will take you to our theatre box office foyer. When there is a Round House performance, the garage will stay open until 11 p.m only. There is no access into or out of the garage after 11 p.m. so if you plan to have a meal or a drink in the area after the show you will need to move your car out of the garage following the performance.

Metered Parking
Two metered public parking decks are on Waverly Street one-half block from the theatre. These meters are in effect weekdays 7am-10pm. Parking in these metered decks is free on weekends.

Round House Theatre Silver Spring is within easy walking distance of a public parking deck at 925 Wayne Avenue. Parking here is 50 cents per hour. Free parking is available here on evenings and weekends.

Round House Theatre Education Center is located on the ground floor of the public parking garage on Wayne Avenue. Parking here is 50 cents per hour. Free parking is available here on evenings and weekends.

Round House Theatre Education Center has a designated drop off/pick up lane for unloading/loading students located inside the Wayne Avenue parking garage. Look for signs inside the garage directing you to the drop off/pick up lane. Parked and unattended vehicles in this lane will be towed.
