A $4.50 service fee and $1.50 facility fee is applied to all single ticket purchases via phone, in person and online.
All single ticket sales are final. No refunds. Shows, artists, dates/times, and details are subject to change without notice, prices are subject to change based on demand.

All sales are final. Round House Theatre subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for another performance of the same production.
You may exchange your subscription ticket(s) for another performance date by calling our box office at 240.644.1100 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
There is no charge for subscriber ticket exchanges unless you exchange into a more expensive seating section than the one you purchased and/or the exchange is made after your scheduled performance date.
If you exchange into a more expensive section, seating upgrade charges will apply.
If you exchange after your scheduled performance has passed, a $5 late exchange fee per ticket will apply.
Subscriber exchanges are subject to ticket availability.

Admission & Re-admission to the Theatre
If you must exit the theater before a scheduled break, please do so as quickly and quietly as possible.
Re-admission to the theater will occur at the discretion of the House Manager.
At some performances, especially those performances without an intermission, patrons who leave the theater prior to the end of the performance may not be able to be re-admitted to the theater.
Round House reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Camera and recording devices are not allowed in the theater. Use of such devices may result in ejection without refund.
Round House reserves the right to make schedule and production changes. The local media will be contacted regarding cancellations of specific performances whenever possible and an announcement will be placed on our phone recording. When possible, we will call all ticket holders regarding the cancellation of a specific performance.
Cell Phones/Pagers/Watch Alarms/Electronic Devices
Please turn off all cell phones, pagers, watches, and other electronic devices upon entering the theater.
Please don’t text during the performance – it is distracting to actors and audience members alike.
Please remember to turn your devices off at the end of intermission.
Children under the age of four will not be admitted to performances at Round House.
All patrons, including children, must have a ticket in order to be admitted.
House management may ask patrons (including children and their parents) who create a disturbance to leave the theater. There are no refunds or exchanges for patrons who are asked to leave the theater.
Curtain times & Late Seating
Round House performances begin promptly at the appointed time.
Latecomers will be seated solely at the discretion of the house manager at the designation late seating break.
Latecomers will be seated in the nearest available seats and will be permitted to move to their regular seats at intermission.
No refunds will be issued to latecomers.
There’s no dress code. Generally, we advise patrons to avoid wearing their fanciest tuxedoes or their most hole-ridden jeans. Anything falling between those extremes is usually all right when attending a play at Round House.
Many patrons dress in business casual for regular performances and in formal business attire for Opening Nights. It’s your choice!
Food and Drink
No food is allowed in the theatre. Drinks in containers with tops are allowed.
