Blake Robison, Producing Artistic Director
Blake Robison is Producing Artistic Director of Round House Theatre, where he has directed critically acclaimed adaptations of Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment, John Irving's A Prayer for Owen Meany and the American premiere of Neil Bartlett's Camille. He has directed and/or adapted numerous literary works for the stage including Helen Edmondson's Anna Karenina (Clarence Brown Theatre), the world premiere of Jay Parini's The Last Station (Vermont Stage Company), and his own four-actor adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth (Avignon, Salzburg, Piccolo Spoleto Festival).

Other directing credits include Twelfth Night The Illusion, As You Like It, The Glass Menagerie, Hobson's Choice, The Mikado, Proof, Much Ado About Nothing, Othello, Romeo and Juliet, Tartuffe, Sleuth, and Someone Who'll Watch Over Me at The Clarence Brown Theatre, PlayMaker's Repertory Company, Vermont Stage Company, Knoxville Opera Company, and National Shakespeare Company. As a producer, Blake created revivals of The Dresser starring John Cullum; The Rainmaker with David Keith; and The Glass Menagerie with Rosemarie Prinz; as well as the world premiere of Dana Yeaton's Mad River Rising (Moss Hart Award), the American premiere of George Tabori's The Brecht File, and the creation of Babel - an international theatre piece in twelve languages with Alain Timar's Théâtre des Halles.

In addition to his directing and producing credits, Blake is an accomplished arts administrator and fundraiser. He has held leadership positions at The Clarence Brown Theatre (Producing Artistic Director, 2000-2005), National Shakespeare Company (Producing Director, 1998-2000), and Vermont Stage Company (Co-Founder/Artistic Director, 1994-1999). Previously, Blake served as Professor and Head of The University of Tennessee Theatre Department and has taught classes and workshops at the Salzburg Seminar, Interlochen Arts Academy, and Harvard's Institute for Advanced Theatrical Training. He is a graduate of Williams College and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife, Connan Morrissey, and their sons Declan and Callum.

Danisha Crosby, Associate Producer
The newly appointed Associate Producer, Ms. Crosby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters Degree from the American University. She has worked extensively as a teacher, director, and stage manager in the Washington area and is a member of Actors' Equity Association. In November 2001, Ms. Crosby assumed the position of Director of Production following her two-year tenure as Round House Theatre's Production Manager, though her affiliation with Round House goes back more than eight years prior to that.

Rachel Grossman, Director of Education and Outreach
Ms. Grossman has developed and implemented arts-education programs and community arts projects for more than seven years in the D.C. metro area. Before coming to Round House Theatre, Ms. Grossman taught Drama, Speech and English at Parkdale High School in Prince George's County, serving as the school's Drama Club advisor and coordinator for their Spring Arts Festival. Prior to that, she managed programming in the education departments at The Shakespeare Theatre, Arena Stage and CenterStage in Baltimore. She is a founding member of Referendum (Political Arts Collective) and a former member of DC Playback. She recently began a three-year term as a judge for the Helen Hayes Awards and served as an Arts Education Projects Grants Panelist for the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities in 2004. Ms. Grossman is a graduate of Kenyon College.

Amy Selco, Director of Development
Ms. Selco joined Round House Theatre as Director of Development in January 2006. Most recently she was the Director of Individual Giving at The Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis, the county's largest theatre dedicated to creating and presenting work for young people. Ms. Selco previously worked at the Harvard Alumni Association and the Ithaca College Office of Admission. She is currently serving as a member of the Ithaca College Alumni Board of Directors, for which she also chairs the fund raising committee. She holds a B.A. from Ithaca College and an Ed.M. in Higher Education Administration from Harvard University.

Harriet L. Weil, General Manager
Ms. Weil joined Round House Theatre in August 2005 as General Manager. She most recently worked for the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at Maryland where she managed all rentals and maintained the schedule for their eight performance venues. Ms. Weil was part of the Production Management team that opened the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia in December 2001. While there, she was thrilled to have been able to work closely with The Philadelphia Orchestra as they made their new home in Verizon Hall. Prior to the Kimmel Center, Ms. Weil served as the Fiscal Manager in the General Management Department at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. In the Washington area, Ms. Weil has worked for The Shakespeare Theatre, Arena Stage, The Washington Stage Guild, Folger Theatre, Studio Theatre, and Olney Theatre Center.
